Headed for a holiday ski trip up north, a group of young people suddenly find themselves with a broken-down car and a snowstorm on the way. Seeking shelter and cell phone reception, they find themselves at a remote cabin, shrouded in winter mystery and magic. As their odyssey takes them deeper into the woods, they discover that a cozy cabin and close friends are all you need to kindle the spirit and warm the heart. Majestic forests filled with playful woodland creatures, snow fairies, mischievous elves, the comfort of good friends, woolen socks, and fond memories of holidays past make for an unforgettable hygge holiday celebration!

Due to the governor’s executive order on November 18, all performances of A HYGGE HOLIDAY will be rescheduled to later performance dates.
Please check back here in the next few days for the new performance schedule. Information regarding ticket exchanges, ticket turn-back donations, and refunds will be sent to ticket holders as soon as it becomes available.

Tickets – Please read this important information before ordering tickets.

  • The Circus Juventas Box Office will not be open for any advance ticket sales.
    The Box Office will be open 2 hours before each performance for current performance rush line sales only. Rush line details are available at circusjuventas.org.
  • Ticket sales are available online only, or by calling TicketWorks Customer Service at 612-343-3390, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m., daily.
  • Public sales end at 4 p.m. on the day-of-show for evening performances and 10 a.m. for matinee performances.
  • Ticket delivery by e-ticket only. You can print your tickets or send to your mobile device from your email confirmation.
  • Ordering online.  To accommodate social distancing, tickets are sold in every other row and orders will automatically be spaced by 3 empty seats on either side. Orders are limited to 6 tickets.

    To help us make the most tickets available to our audiences, please select seats at the END of a string of available seats – NOT in the center. This way, your order will block out only 3 empty seats, whereas 6 seats (3 on either side) are blocked when you select seats in the center of a row.
  • In order to help maintain community safety, we will require the name, email address, and phone number for each member of your party should the need for COVID tracing arise. This information will not be shared or used for any other purpose than to notify visitors in case of COVID-19 exposure. For minors in your party, please provide the contact information for the responsible parent or guardian.

Parking & Directions

Carpooling and public transportation options are encouraged for arrival and departure from the big top.

Free limited parking in Highland Park parking lots.

Limited handicapped spots are located in the Highland Pavilion lot, directly in front of the Circus Juventas big top.

No street parking available on Montreal Ave. south of Edgecombe/Hamline or north of Montreal on Hamline.

  • Circus Juventas requires all patrons to wear masks for the duration of the performance. No admittance without mask.
  • Patrons will be required to answer a brief series of health questions before entering the building.
  • Bleachers, lobby, restrooms, and other high-touch areas will be sanitized before and after all shows. Sanitation stations will be available for patrons in the lobby, arena, and restrooms.
  • No concessions will be available for these performances.
  • Air filters within the building have been fitted with HEPA filters, and fans have been placed strategically to circulate air flow. Seating is limited to 25% capacity and will be capped at 250 tickets.
  • Entry times into the big top will be staggered to ensure proper social distancing.
    – Tickets for Sections B, C, or F will be admitted 40 – 60 minutes before showtime.
    – Tickets for Sections A, E, or D will be admitted 20 – 40 minutes before show time.
  • Upon arrival, patrons will enter the main big top doors and remain 6 ft. apart while waiting in line. Patrons are encouraged to dress weather-appropriate (as the line will continue outdoors). Coats may be taken into the arena and can be placed in the empty seats in front or next to assigned seats. When the performances ends, patrons will be dismissed by section and directed to go out alternative side door exits.

Complimentary catering (heavy appetizers and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) and three V.I.P. parking spots are included with a seating area for up to eight people.

By reserving, you have exclusive access to the space up to one hour prior to show time through the entirety of the show – much like a box suite at a sports stadium. We accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis for $1,500/reservation. A portion of this is tax-deductible.
